  • What platform do you use for website design?
    Currently the only platform Creatives By Ty uses is to create website. Shopify based websites are COMING SOON!
  • How long is the design process?
    Depending on what service is provided the turnaround time may vary. Click the design you're interested in on 'Our Shop' for details on a specific service & its turnaround time. A rush fee can be applied if needed.
  • What if I no longer want the design. Do I get a refund?
    Please understand once a project has been started there will be NO refunds issued. If you want to cancel a project please Contact Us!
  • Do you offer updates to website design?
    Yes! Creatives By Ty offers packages for monthly maintenance on websites designed by us. Check how we can keep your website up-to-date. Ask about our Monthly Maintenance Packages.
  • Will there be often communication?
    Communication is essential to the design process. All communcation will all be done via email to protect us, 'The Designer' as well as you, 'The Client'. Unless scheduled or otherwise stated there will be no responses on weekends or when the business is closed. Depending on the project chosen, there will be clarity sessions and check-in calls. Additional calls can be scheduled as needed.
  • Do I need professional images for my project?
    Yes! Professional &/or high quality images are necessary in creating your brand, it creates the professional look we know you're aiming for. Stock photos can be provided at an additional fee. This will be discussed once the design process starts.
